How do I use 2Slash?
2Slash is a Chrome
Extension, once installed, you will need to sign up or sign in if you already have a
user with us.
Activating the extension is super easy, either by pressing '//' in any text field,
clicking the 2Slash icon in the top right corner or using CMD + / (Mac OS) or CTRL + /
(Windows).
Why can’t I access my subscription?
We use Stripe to process your subscription payments. Often trouble with accessing your
subscription comes down to using a different email in billing than the email you used to
sign up
to 2Slash.
Make sure you’re trying to access your subscription with the correct
email.
Does 2Slash log any of my queries?
No, privacy is the top priority for us.
Any queries done within our extension are local on your machine, we don't see your
queries or save any record of them.
The history that you see is always for the current use (on your local machine) and is
deleted the moment you close the 2Slash window.
